For me it's easy. All the bikes the prototype guys are riding this year, make them available as satellite bikes next year then you have 24 bikes.
Love it! Collin bypassed all politics and went straight to the point. If this rule was a must and every factory must make at least 5 bikes exactly the same as factory made available for purchased at a max price of let's say 500k all factories teams would had to cut their expenses and come up with cheaper MotoGP solutions otherwise sell a 3 million bike for 500k!
