"Hayden is a decent guy and a decent rider but he isn't a top level rider not even the year he won the championship through attrition." Oh really?! Are you counting Pedrosa "spearing" Hayden while he was clearly in a hunt for the title? Are you counting the terri-bad clutch problems? Are you counting the fact Hayden wasn't the #1 rider at Honda? That he was "testing" parts for Pedrobot (who has YET to win a title for Honda). Hayden came to GP straight from an AMA title and WON a MotoGP title within 3 years. Call it attrition if you want, but Hayden had as much of an issue with his bike as Rossi did, it was just that when everything was on the line, Hayden had the b*lls to win it all while Rossi tossed his chances away. At lets be straight, Hayden was WELL AHEAD of Rossi when Rossi binned it. Is he an alien? No. Is he fast? Yes -- and the hardest worker in GP, great teammate and doesn't back-talk the company that writes his checks (SMART!).
