What about San Carlo wanting an Italian rider? It was a reason for not placing Marquez into this team... But not a bad thing they changed their opinion. The Spies-Gresini partnership could be interesting. It would be ironic if he could beat his results with the factory Yamaha bike. For Redding, I think this ride could be a little premature. He is very talented, but I think it's a little bit the case of Smith. He should achieve more in Moto2 before he is given one of the 12 'prototype' rides. There are others who deserve the like of this seat more - Spies, Bautista, Espargaro, Iannone.
