@ Anklecurtains - I meant to add another poster to yours regarding Stoner/Ducati/Honda! However, if you think a rider's past makes no difference and shouldn't be mentioned, what is going to happen next year when Casey Stoner isn't there? Do you think he will just be forgotten about? Do you think his name and whatever he has done will just be history, never to be mentioned?? Don't be silly, it will be - Such and such has only won because Stoner isn't there, just think what Stoner would have done, Stoner this, Stoner that!!! A rider's past achievements will always be relevant, especially those of a rider like Valentino Rossi!!
