Even now the greatest likelihood is that after running these next 2 races as a sub for Casey he'll be returned to WSBK for yet another year on a machine not capable of winning the title. And then another one after that. In the meantime, word has it that he's turned down an approach from BMW to stay with Honda. Looking ahead, you'd have to question whether that loyalty is actually going to pay off for him in the long term.
