The Pramac MotoGP team is a separate corporate entity to the Pramac company, and is self-managed and self-financed. That's why they're still racing on when the original parent company has gone into liquidation. One has no bearing on the other.
But in any case when I say Pramac I'm referring more to that particular team structure, under whose aegis the Ducati 'Junior Team' (Iannone and Spies) will be organised. So 'Pramac' for now, even though they might run it under a different banner next year.
