Well done Valentino! Endured considerable pressure and raced the bike to the best of its abilities.
To the "would, coulda, shoulda" bunch. What are you thinking? Of course if Stoner was not injured and Pedrosa taken out, Rossi would have likely finished fourth. But they were not in the race. Nor was Ben Spies on the second works bike, or Crutchlow, who took himself out, or Kenny Roberts who is just too old.
Focus on who is in the race and how well they perform compared to their competition and leave the crap comments like "it is the same bike that Stoner won on" out of this. No it is not and anyone who knows anything about bike development recognizes how idiotic some of these comments are as people continue to dredge up old hatreds while ignoring the discussion topic.
