@ He never said they're ONLY beating him because they're lighter. But it is a massive problem, specially if he's passing them and they fly past on a long straight. I'm all open about me misunderstanding what he is trying to get across, but laying a claim that you only have to be a lightweight to win is arrogant. There's a dozen different factors as to why someone passes you on the straight, exit drive, gearing, aero etc that have nothing to do with weight. I am by no means saying weight does not play a factor in the lower classes, but making a broad comment like that is not good IMO.
