Down the straights weight makes no differance, it is drag. A larger rider will suffer, than a smaller and more tucked in rider. Angel Nieto would strap himself down for hours to be as small as possible. Second the rules, or rather lack of, been around for decades and in fact during the British "dominance" and I challange you to come up with any - blatent or not- rule change that is beneficial to the spanish riders.
