The hard fact of the matter is, if you want great racing, you would have to take almost all of the money/sponsorship away from the racing.
You cant have great racing when there are so many heavy interests/money involved, just cant happen. The more rules and restrictions you place to make the racing more fair just stifles competition and takes away the spirit.
WSBK is better than MotoGP because the bikes at least have something to do with whats on offer/relevant to the 'consumers'
Prototypes will always favor the deep pockets, and nobody really wants to watch a single make prototype racing class, imo.
If I were in charge of it all I would merge WSS/Moto2 & MotoGP/WSBK, any thing prototype would have to be affordable/on offer to consumers, and get rid of traction control, because the pilot still has a clutch lever, and the ability to balance a bike and pick a new line.
Keep Moto3, but turn it in to cup racing, and just force the red bull guys to race in Spain or where ever.
