@Abhishek too many flaws in that argument.
The biggest being the fact that Stoner isn't even sure he'll be fit for Motegi and has stated he's not sure he'll be fit enough to win by Philip Island. What makes you think he'll be in any position to beat Jorge four times?
Next up is that fact that even with Stoner there Lorenzo hasn't finished below second all season.
Then there's the rumours that Honda have been throwing everything at Dani since he overtook Casey in the standings. Even if that wasn't the case when Stoner was still with us it has almost certainly been the case while Casey has been away. No doubt Honda will still want to chuck everything at Dani even when Casey comes back. There's no no chance of Casey overhauling Dani so Dani will be their #1. Given how close Dani and Jorge have been over the last few weeks Stoner will be hard pressed to beat Jorge as Honda's #2 rider.
