I have to vote for Lorenzo on the basis of his faultless results and clinical championship. Cortese himself got better as the year wore on but i think had a faster bike than anyone in his class and a bigger advantage than anything the haters imagine MM to have had.
I can also testify that if you have sat at the side of a MotoGP racetrack through all practice, qualifying, and races on a GP weekend it looks completely different than it does on TV. I didn't see anyone throw the bike into corners and spank it out with the self belief and confidence that Marquez demonstrated.
Like it or not this guy is coming into MotoGP very close to the top of the ladder.
