Ellison appears to have done a solid job in getting the PBM CRT established. No pre-season testing, very little in-season testing & threatened with replacement. When Shakey (who I fully support as agreat rider) tested the bike he reported the same issues as James, yet despite this (in my opinion) "lack of respect" by PB, James kept his head down and continued on an under-developed 'bike. One class win at Le Mans and regular points scoring is still not enough to get him the support of his team manager. James, good luck in whatever you do next year, you deserve a better ride and team manager support than you have had in 2012.
