And lets all take a minute to remember WHY Stoner's carrying an ankle injury and the series is a farce yet again....
Its because - if you believe actions speak louder than words - Dorna's actions in persuing money and insisting races take place on American tracks most sane riders rate unsuitable sent them out into a track Stoner amongst others had roundly condemned long before even qualifying began. And it was carnage. Just as they had been warning.
In a way I'm quite glad it spoiled the show and Moto GP was shown for the more or less charade its been for a while.
But that it prevented Stoner from going out showing the world just how good he really is is tragic.
