If the Moto2 combined rider and bike minimum weight limit is 'effective immediately', are certain teams going to have to bolt lead ingots onto their bikes overnight or fill their riders' pockets with change for the race tomorrow? As for the MotoGP class, I see Dorna have decided to let Honda have its way, in the sense that, as HRC have repeatedly insisted they need their own ECU software because fuel economy R&D is the reason they go racing, then a 4l handicap with respect to the CRTs and reducing from 21l to 20l should give them plenty of research to do.
