combined weight for moto 2,hows it going to work,a small rider has advantages but also has disadvantages,transfering weight under acceleration and braking/cornering.if ballast is to be added it could be an advantage if mounted lower on the bike or moved forward or rearward.racing has survived a long time without this type of regulation,just makes me think why now bring in more complication .
