"now days so much electronics that with out them you couldnt even ride the machine fast (lap times)!!!!!" Rossi was the first rider to benefit from electronics when he rode the first RC211V. At the time he said the traction control was "not fair" and gave him a huge advantage. He then took his HRC electronics engineers to Yamaha to continue the class leading systems development. Vale benefitted from electronics and has had the best available throughout his MotoGP career.
