@ Painless I agree with you about Cal deserving a shot at the title. I think he did a lot to shut the critics of 2011 up this year. I do, however, disagree about your assessment of Dovi. He has always been a very consistent rider, and when he got on the Tech 3 Yam this year he was a revelation! He did what no other rider has done for Tech 3. He is a classic example of how one bike can suit your style and one doesn't. Maybe the Honda just didn't suit him. I feel, given a factory M1, he could well compete for the title. Maybe he finds something even more at Ducati? Who knows?
