Most situations in Italian political life - and Ducati WILL be all about politics - is created to some extent by machismo - Italian males overflow with it. Gobmeier will still have to deal with this both up and down the chain. It will be interesting to see who has the actual engineering strategy directorate. Both Casey and Vale would have tried to change things with Vale having the best insight - due to his nationality. Casey, knowing Casey would use Aussie logic and clearly he gave up on it - remember he'd struggled with Italian teams for most of his GP career. This WILL be interesting! Good luck Mr G!
