Shame it wasn't done sooner, Ducati's ineptitude the past few years has really gotten them stuck in a rut. They were so up their own asses when Stoner took the title in '07 they thought they were masters of the class, and when Stoner himself told them he needed a better platform in following years they didn't listen so he walked. Now that Rossi, the biggest rider/partner they could ever hope to have has left them behind, they're having to rebuild and (hopefully) learn from their boneheaded mistakes. Germans to the rescue!
