What a great company. When an engineer doesn't really cut it what do they do? Fire him? No way! You just promote the guy to a higher position regardless of his track record. Ducati is like a good ol' boys club that looks out for one another until they find a scapegoat to take the blame it seems. Preziosi is now a "made man" and will forever be woven into the cloth of the Ducati name. Director of Research and Development. Are you kidding me?
