Argentinian government renationalising the Repsol company offshoot. Spanish government says it's unsafe...to be honest this is all politics and nought to do with MotoGp. I would bet money on them changing their advice 2 days after the deadline on purpose. Spain is in the poo, losing revenue from Repsol due to their loss of a significant revenue stream themselves. We all know oil is big business. How much does this hurt Argentina? Not much but a slap in the face nonetheless. However, the reputation of the Argentinian government will be taking a hit outside of South America. You don't start renationalising stuff if you want foreign investment thats for sure
