Regardless of how fast MM is on the MotoGP bike over a lap, then (just as was levelled at Crutchlow for failing to despatch Dovi) he won't be overtaking any of the other guys on fast bikes too easily in 2013.
If his style is the same as it seems on the Moto2 and he doesn't adapt to MotoGP's need to maximise the carbon brakes by hitting them very hard, very late, then unless he can outdrag pedro to the 1st corner and stay there he could find it pretty hard to make places.
Bradley of course has to do the same - however the fact that he's had to spend all last season on the mistral trying to make it all back on the brakes, maybe that might just halp him (a bit) to adapt to MotoGP's demands?
