Where exactly does it say (ref Moto3 engine allocation) that engines from different manufacturers will be supplied to teams running that make of engine? What happens in the case of say, IODA, who decide to run one team of two bikes with their own manufactured engine that that team uses exclusively. Will Dorna allocate their supply of engines radomly between the two IODA team bikes? What happens to the used engines that Dorna don't want back, the team can do what they like with them, such as, what, door stops, sell some worn out old motor to a national MOTO3 team? What incentive is there for a manufacturer to run a works team, none. What happens if your engine allocation contains the Friday afternoon special, can you as a team return it to Dorna for a replacement? Was this all dreamt up at the recent prize giving bash over the free champagne, is that why it won't be ratified until later when they've sobered up?
