So Don (or logged out Shamoron) that is why the mechanics get paid, not all highly and some have sidelines as well. Take the fact that most riders are a business and not an employee of the team so you could apply the same logic to them (get out). As for if you can't make it in business, well your obviously not business minded, its good business if you can get someone to pay more money to the team, its not bad is it?
I don't know what country your from if your talking proper football or that american game, but the bigger football clubs force their players to hand over a large amount of the personel endorsements, on the basis that they get a lot of the endorsements only by being signed to the bigger clubs. Something that Rossi is having to suffer this year.
He is being asked to hand over 200k less than a tenth of the budget needed to buy and run a couple bikes for the season and half the amount of leasing a WSS from PTR.
