I will say that the season averages for VR have dropped considerably. His avg win per season, podiums and fastest laps and pole have all went down . If we looked at his numbers at the same point Lorenzo is in his career he would be close to 10 wins per season. My point is, Lorenzo has not been in motogp long enough to make accurate assessments. Just like up till the leg break rossi had 16 wins to Lorenzo' 4/5 wins. It's fun to see stats but if u want fairness look at rossis stats at age 25 or 26. They were much better. He had a 75% podium percentage and over 50% win
