MotoGP is a prototype class, I salute Ducati for taking the risk in developing a unique chassis. If it does not work out then I guess the Twin-Spar aluminium frame may be the only solution. As a testimony of the Ducati success, Casey did after-all win on this prototype 3 years ago. It is certainly no one's fault that since then Honda and Yamaha have outdone Ducati in development and performance As to Gobmeier I truly don't know what he will bring to the party that Ducati did not already have. The only outstanding performance from him that I recall is hugging Melandri's girl friend every time Melandri won.
