IMO if Suzuki come back into MotoGP with things as they stand, with testing restrictions and the huge data and set-up advantages with sorted bikes of their japanese rivals, then they are damned fools.
Why would they come back with the odds stacked against them so that their realistic expectation can only be to pad out the midfield, just like before?
I'd like to see more strength in depth in MotoGP just like everyone, but if I was calling the shots at Hammamatsu I'd see motoGP as a very expensive way to look decidely average.
