Be a hell of a lot better though if the series was fair enough so that (if he proved to be good enough) that his bike was good enough to let him compete for the top step in the dry, & without having to depend on misfortune to the factory Yam & Honda riders first eh?
I can't see Cal being happy to settle for crumbs off the factory Honda & Yamaha table indefinitely. He wants to win & right now he knows he hasn't a cats chance as the performance deficit he's going to have IMO.
