Gobby has stated that there is a long term plan in place, with this year just testing and fine tuning what they have already got. No wonder Rossi chose to leave, he hasn't time to waste. You could say the same for Nicky, he's not getting any younger. At the moment it looks like Audi are letting the Ducati engineers do their thing, whilst providing the clout to produce parts quicker than is the norm. The first part wont work and the second part is in the future. Much as I like Hayden I can see him trying too hard to beat Dovi, much like Cal last year.
