Can Ducati win?
In the dry, no. That is only for the exclusive club on the sorted Japanese factory bikes. Full stop.
In the wet? It's possible, but frankly I consider it unlikely. It'd take an incident to wipe out the usual suspects even then I think. Remember even DP seems to go really well on tha Factory Honda in the wet these days.
This is not a pop at Ducati, just realism. Playing catch-up without more testing time means they are hamstrung with a disadvantage over Honda & Yamaha that is next to impossible to overcome. The dice are loaded, and the riders who will fill the podium spots pretty much all the time is already foreseeable - just check the odds laid against anyone NOT on a Factory HRC or Yam.
