Without the CRT, there would be no production RCV's next year (Nakamoto said they would produce them to show how it can be done as a swipe at Aprilia) and no factory engines from Yamaha. My only worry is that history does not repeat itself where these bikes will only be good for 3 months at most, then the factory stop producing them. After which the teams will have to start again. At least CE has done what he did in 2000 by protecting the private teams now they have a full grid, unless a team drops out the likes of Suzuki will have to go to or pay an existing team for its grid slots.
