you are funny RSMick, money buys a lot in racing. Even grid positions. Casey probably stopped racing because he knows the game is rigged, and its pretty obvious if you have any kind of critical reasoning skills. And any clue about the scientific method.
Do you want to watch a lie? Or the best bikes and riders competing? Me thinks RSMick, you want to be lied to more than you want to see whose got the best bike or whose the better pilot.
If you want cheaper racing you will bring back different tires but under enough constraints to prohibit (cost wise) custom tires, for particular tracks through 'control' policies which standardize the the production of the tires. Also you will ditch electronics which ... which only serve to widen the gap between factory and satellite and well to do teams and not so well to do.
