what make Aoyama such talented is the fact tha has proven himself, especially seeing how he was the 250cc World Champ, something which is rare feat for Japanese rider competing on the world stage.
Sure that might be alot, but I'm quite sure if he had the level of support/invesment similiar to that D. Kato he could've been something in the Motogp class. In fact I see him as being the heir to Kato.
