If Randy de Puniet is testing the bike then there's a fair chance that the Aspar team are involved in getting Suzuki back onto the grid if it comes off...no doubt there will be some 'dispensation' or deal done to overcome any issues, especially where there is a heavy Spanish interest. But until the championship attains some stability in terms of technical rules I can't see why they'd bother, the constant state of flux has got to be off-putting to any prospective entrant/sponsor.
