OK, so if we project the hypothesis further and the remaining factories are squeezed out of Motogp in favour of a grid full of CRT's.....who supplies the base engines for CRT? Who supplies all the engines for Moto2? Who supplies the majority of the engines in Moto3? So Honda take the hump and leave with all their toys but Ezpeleta is reliant on them to supply hardware for the other classes he has created....then where does he turn? Seems to me he has already prostituted himself to the factories....he can't have it all ways, his bargaining position is not that strong.
