Seriously, why hasn't Vilas been banned from this site? Pure, deliberate, inflamitory rubbish. Why does he compare Simo to Casey - Simo was never at any point at a level to race Casey and never would have been. He died by rider error, which he committed frequently, and bad luck. Oh, but he did carry the clown mantle off the bike for a bit... Very sad to see Stoner go. A true racer, not one of these riders where their 'look' off the bike is more important than how they do battle off the track. It is a shame that that sort of rider has attracted the 'tyoe' of fans that have shifted the priorities of the sport. The reasons you hear for people 'hating' a rider are laughable - or maybe it is just me who wants to see the qualities of the best in the world on track, rather than seeing the riders as virtual friends that I will never meet! I hope to see a return, but I'd specualte their is more chance of JL pulling the plug on his own career, from the way he has talked about the future, than
