Vale always had the biggest advantage from electronics. He said "this isn't fair" when testing the 211V in 2002 and had the HRC electronics guru in his team. When he went to Yamaha they also poached those same engineers and maintained the advantage. He took them to Ducati with him, and Yamaha again poached HRC's top guys. Its been a long time since he's been on a bike that didn't have significant electronic advantages.
Didn't he complain that the electronics were the problem with the Ducati after the 80th chassis revision?
