From what i heard, then Smith's team-mate in M2 Xavier Simeon was being held in pretty high regard by many when he arrived at Tech 3. I think many insiders rated him and expected him to worry Smith last season. Instead XS struggled all year with the Mistral and Smith made him look very ordinary. On that basis we could say that this has to mean that either XS was over-rated, OR that the Mistral was hard-to-ride, not that competitive at all, and that BS was under-rated. So which is it? Seems to me that Crash trolls have selected Smith as the guy they want to heap grief on now that CS isn't here to be shot at any more. So, they'll ignore just how hard Smith rode that M2 Mistral, and prefer instead to look at the results sheet in isolation, & pronounce oh so cleverly (with no evidence at mo) that he'll be rubbish. Not even giving him a chance first. What a bunch of negative To$$ers.
