@ Roman "@ CRT KRJR's Suzuki was just as well sorted as the other 500's in 2000. Pretty sure the late Norick Abe won a race on a second string Yamaha that year also. All the 500's were capable of winning at that point in the development. C'mon bro pay attention." Roman - were you even watching that season? KRJR's Suzuki was a snail compared to the competition! It went against all the odds that Kenny Jnr got a WC on that bike IMO - it really was a giant-killing effort and demonstrated even then that the disparity between bikes was what made some riders seem 'great' and other's not. While there was still some margin for a rider to make a difference, for me Kenny's WC proved that its not just the big stars that have the talent, but only the big stars get the kit to make them look betetr than some others at least as good.
