@ Benito. I don't think ANY racer can win the MotoGP WC WITHOUT a Factory Honda or Yamaha. Unless the balance of power changes in MotoGP, that will not change.
But I think it is entirely possible (and impossible to know for sure) that OTHER racers than the ones currently on those Factory HRC/Yam bikes have the talent to win if they had one. Who they are and how well they'd do is something no-one will ever know.
@ livio. Laugh it up. But if MotoGP falls apart with no mfrs except for Yam/HRC, followed by falling TV interest, more sponsors pulling out, TV coverage & revenues fall and MotoGP disappears, then you'll be looking for another series to watch too.
WSBK will (again) spank MotoGP for racing. But after this season then its a lottery.
