@raafrebel, thats the whole point though, at this level were 1 second is the difference between "alien" and "what a loser", the bikes need to be relatively easy to ride (by GP standard). It shouldnt take a special, dedicated rider to be the difference between the bike working or not. Rossi and stoner have proved that. To those wanting stoner back on the duc, it would only place ducati back into "ground hog day" mode and they are already 2 seconds behind. How do they make this up? Make the bike better rather than find a better rider?
