All True.. Rossi change completly Yamaha, was an hard bet for him because the initial project of the crossplane engine was very law on Power, many enginers at Yamaha where very worried because they didnt whant to leave the traditional 5 valve sistem that Yamaha use and it was much more powerfull because of more develpoment offcorse but Rossi and Foruzawa battle hard inside yamaha and they Win.. After this was a big Sucess that until now is worcking for them and will worck even for more years, Yamaha almost dont change there project the bike still loocks the same the Crossplane engine is still there and even on road bikes the R1 you get the Crossplane engine this could have been diferente if Rossi didnt had choose that engine.. but thank GOd he choose because the sound is amyzing..ahah
