@sam have you been watching motogp long, you mention that is why he won all in 125 2 stroke and 250 2stroke and 500 2 stroke
His first year in 125 he came 9th he had the advantage of support from his father an ex motorcycle racer who was well connected and in his second year he won the championship and moved to Aprilia 250 the following year, Aprilia was the machine to be on then and again he won the championship not in his first year but his second.
Then he moved to 500gp and inherited Doohans bike that had won the previous 5 years straight, Doohan helped him for the first year and he also got Doohans crew chief, hard to imagine a better start really, again he won the championship in his second year - a good effort but not quite winning all in these classes, in fact only half your claim - guess that is how legends start. (By exaggeration and ignorance - no offence)
