High opinion of himself? Gino is one of the most modest riders in the paddock. Anyone who has ever met Gino, wants to meet him again. He puts his heart and soul into his racing, trains like a champion and is an absolute gentleman off track. He has worked extremely hard to get to where he is today and deserves his place more than most in the world championship. I assume you meant he hasn't won anything? You obviously don't follow racing do you? He effectively won a world championship in 2009 by winning the European Superstock 600 championship (series running alonside WSBK). Gino was a podium finisher in World Supersport...and WON in Brno in 2011.
People like you Dexys Midnight Runner haven't the first idea. His entry into Moto2 wasn't a smooth one. He tried his best on a **** bike and anyone with any knowledge or appreciation for the sport will know how bad Gino's situation was in 2012. Wet races evened the playing field and Gino showed what he was capable off. He won a Moto2 race in
