The entire point of Dorna making Suzuki join with an existing team is because a manufacturer can pick up and leave MotoGP whenever it feels like it. Much like Suzuki, Kawasaki, Aprillia and Proton all have done over the previous years. A racing team is there for the sole purpose of racing, if the manufacturer backs out of the championship then the team is still left standing and can simply use another motorcycle and the grid positions do not drop. Its the logical and correct way to run the championship. Bowing to the needs of the manufacturers got MotoGP in this mess and continuing down that path will only kill it completely.
