In my opinion its all down to experience. I seem to remember a certain Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo both launching it to the moon on regular occasions in their early years in the premier class and don't even mention Dani Pedrosa taking Nicki Hayden out in 2006. Watch Marquez this year, he'll be a regular visitor to the gravel traps. If Crutchlow wasn't dropping it on occasion it would tell me that he wasn't on the limit. Its called a learning curve and Crutchlow's is still on an upward trend which is not something you can say about Dovisioso. He's flatlined over the last few years. If Crutchlow doesnt get 6 or 7 podiums this year then you can have a dig but until then wait and see.
