@Codger - my "pop at Rossi" is directed at his fans. Despite my criticism of Rossi's performance at Ducati, and some of his snipes at Stoner, I definitely respect Rossi for his riding talent. Some of the claims made in his name here are well wide of the mark though...so my comments are reactionary... Anyway., the level of blame dumped on Preziosi is grossly unfair, regardless whether he had any personal faults. Ducati management put the brakes on development years ago. They may have had their reasons, but...It's a sad end to a career that contributed a lot.
