But it is Dorna that seems to change the rules every couple of years (at the behest of Honda?) so no wonder it is unaffordable and has a shrinking grid. 990cc is good. Wait, 800cc is safer, that was boring. Let's make 1000cc now. Wait in the future (2 years) we want to go back to 500cc.
Consistency will keep the Mfg's in the game - not the game playing rules and indecisiveness.
