I don't really believe all the manufacturers WANT to return to MotoGP. Lets start with the basics... MotoGP = prototypes, these days dumbed down prototypes, but prototypes none the less. WSBK = modified production based bikes. Up until Dorna's take over of WSBK, WSBK has repeatedly provided the superior product when factors such as spectator and customer involvement re taken into consideration. Additionally from a manufacturers point of view " what wins on Sunday, sells on Monday" With Dorna's takeover of WSBK the writing is already on the wall...WSBK will be dumbed down to ensure it becomes a 2nd tier competition. As a manufacturer with a racing 'budget', I'm tipping the budget doesn't extend to being able, financially, to compete in both categories at the same time, so said manufacturer's need to prioritize or choose 1 series over another. Sadly WSBK seems to be the looser......fcuk Dorna / Espalata
